Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals as per assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and execute daily field visits effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with doctors
• Implement promotional strategies and brand activities
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with first-line managers for sales planning and execution

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Science / Pharmacy preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a pharma company
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Result-driven with a positive attitude
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
